Which tablet should I buy?
I use a Dell XPS 15, so graphics aren't a problem. I'm considering a Wacom Bamboo, but I'm not sure which one to get, or if they're any good. I don't want anything more expensive than around $100, but I want to use it often, for different styles of art - manga, comics but also realism and various portraits, etc. This may also be used for professional work.
It would also be helpful if I could get suggestions on which program to use - Photoshop or Paint Tool Sai, or any others.

Alright well if your looking for something under $100 Wacom bamboo pen tablet works very well. Its a very nice size. Not to big , Not to small. I love it 
. Photoshops okay. Although i find it a bit hard to work with at times. Paint tool sai if PERFECT for lineart. And coloring on it is pretty good aswell. The problem with paint tool sai is that is has some glitches when using a tablet. It may seem like that tablet isnt working but it is. So if you get paint tool sai youll have to get use to that. Now back to photoshop , photoshop doesnt have glitches from what i can see. You can make perfect backgrounds and flowers. ect. But like i said it is hard to learn. Plus its pretty expensive 
. Also photoshop wasnt made for lineart. Paint tool sai was. Either way photoshop has some ups and downs along with paint tool sai.
