Come on, it's not half that bad! Yeesh, people come here to help them improve their ideas, not for them to present their ideas and for you to knock them back down!
Anyways, you might want to explain how this girl can survive without her heart. Say...a pacemaker (artificial heart), maybe? Like Iron Man? Or some supernatural explanation for it. Maybe you should elaborate the basic premise of the storyline, who's this stranger? Why does he want to help her? Why does she follow him? And maybe a bit more on this girl's background...is she an amnesiac perhaps? Start from this core idea and build around it, whether you choose to follow the logical sci-fi style path or the magical style.
