Sorry, the comic is Korean. But I can't change the title as far as I know.
It's Korean, actually; I can tell by the language and the style.
But it looks more like a one-shot to me, I wouldn't bet on there being a series.
EDIT- I tell a lie, if you look up "chewri" you will find more comics by this person.
