Ashley Greene And Joe Jonas Dating?

Twilight star Ashley Greene, 23, and pop singer Joe Jonas, 20, were spotted spending the afternoon together, grabbing coffee and riding in the same car in Los Angeles, California on Monday (August 9).

The young Hollywood duo have fueled speculation that they're dating, after being spotted having lunch together on several occasions.

Earlier last month, Greene was in London to promote her latest film, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, while Joe was there to support his brother Nick's starring role in West End musical Les Miserables.

A source told US OK! Magazine:

"Ashley brought Joe to the Kings of Leon concert in London, and there was definitely something going on, but it's not serious. They went backstage and she was talking to the band a lot, and he was just hanging out."

The source added:

"I think he wants it to be more than she does right now. She's a maneater."

Meanwhile, according to Britain's News Of The World, the duo had a romantic night at The Ivy.

"They had a very romantic night at The Ivy. They arrived separately and then left out by the back door where there were two vans with blacked-out windows waiting to whisk them Hawai," a source was quoted as saying.

"They looked like a lovely couple. They had a few drinks and were clearly enjoying not being hounded like they would have been in Los Angeles," the source added.

Ashley has previously been linked to Brock Kelly and Adrian Grenier, while Jonas recently split from Demi Lovato.

Over this weekend, the sexy Twilight vampire played host at a pool party at Wet Republic in LasVegas before heading to the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday (August 8), where she won the surfboard for Choice Movie: Female Scene Stealer.

Ashley accepted the award, saying:

"You guys are so fantastic and amazing and I can't thank you guys enough for being there for us. I know we all really, really appreciate you guys."

How do you think a Joe Calzaghe - Kelly Pavlik fight at Super-Middleweight would have played out?

Not too long ago this fight was very close to being signed, and I've been wondering about how this fight may have gone. I can't help but think that if J.C had got to Pavlik before Hopkins did he would have been the one to expose "The Ghost". So, do you agree with me...

...Would J.C have beaten Pavlik in a fashion similar to how Hopkins did? OR do you think Pavlik would have beaten Calzaghe?

Also, what impact do you think a win against a prime Pavlik would have had on Calzaghe's legacy, if at all?

Very interesting question which has many different factors that lead to a logical answer. Lets take a look.

Hopkins--Taylor--Pavlik--Calzaghe

The links between these four fighters will give you your answer, which you should know by now already. You're correct in stating that Calzaghe would have been the one to expose Pavlik.

Here's why.

Jermain Taylor beat Hopkins twice. Both decisions were questionable. I never thought much of Taylor. He's athletic but he had this ONE flaw that I wondered when someone would exploit it.

Pavlik didn't do it. He only exposed yet Another flaw.

The flaw: Something I think most should be able to see by now. Jermain always drops his right whenever he throws the jab. It's as if the two are connected. Because he's a bigger than average middleweight, he usually had an edge in strength and athletic ability over his opponents.

Against Hopkins, Taylor was clearly bigger and stronger. I was surprised that Hopkins fought Taylor the way he did and even more surprised that he did not capitalize on Taylor's tactical flaw.

Along comes Kelly Pavlik, who FLATTENS Taylor. He then goes on to lose by a wide margin to Hopkins, who has sense lost to Joe Calzaghe.

HOW does this happen? Simple. Styles make fights. The reason Pavlik was able to beat Taylor so convincingly is because he PUSHED Taylor. He was able to take Taylor's best punches and outlast him. Of course that was NOT Pavlik's strategy at all. If Taylor were a more patient boxer, he would have beaten Pavlik as easily as Hopkins later did. Pavlik put pressure on Taylor, forcing him to expand his energy.

The discovery of Taylor's other weakness. He doesn't have very good stamina. This was later confirmed by Carl Froch.

The reason Hopkins couldn't KO Taylor as did Pavlik, is because he is too patient. He gave Jermain too many opportunities to score. Taylor is stronger than Pavlik and Hopkins. However, Both can take the best he can dish out and Both have better stamina. I don't think Taylor can knock out Hopkins. Had Bernard pressured Jermain a little more, he would have won, probably by late TKO. But he was too careful. Pavlik didn't have that kind of concern.

Enter Calzaghe.

Taylor has been exposed and vanquished.
Pavlik has also been exposed but he will always have Taylor's number.

See how easily Hopkins was able to take his time and pick Pavlik apart? Calzaghe won't be as patient. Instead, he will bring a bit more speed and a lot more punches than Hopkins did. He doesn't have Hopkins' defense but he won't need it against Pavlik. Calzaghe also doesn't have Hopkins' Power. However, there isn't that great a difference between the two in terms of Power.

Pavlik can take everything Calzaghe can dish out. But that's exactly what he would do. Take it.
