The best bargain on bagpipes is probably going to be a used set. Or you can always get a set of new poly (plastic) bagpipes which sound decent) but don't have the sound quality of a good wood set) for around $600. Pakistani bagpipes are a false economy—cheap but usually require a lot of work to make even passable.
