Question about superman comics.?
Superman and Action comics seem to be on a completely different timeline then All Star Superman and Superman Confidential seems to be at yet another different timeline. Can anyone explain.
1. Superman Confidential has been cancelled. The idea behind it (and Batman Confidential) was to be "early superman stories". Go back to the past and tell fresh stories when the characters were just starting out.
2. All Star Superman (along with All Star Batman & Robin) are not in continuity. Its kinda similar to Confidential a chance to go back and re-tell a part of the mythos. Or tell a story and no it won't play into current contiunity.
3. Action Comics (similar to dectective for batman) and Superman (similar to Batman) are seperate, however, there is occassion for storylines to crossover. They run around the same genre (same continuity) just different specific times (unless its a crossover arc). Action might be taking place during one week of his life and superman may be one day in his life later that month.
