Have the Opportunity to Visit Monteverde, Costa Rica? Here's a Small List of Must Do's
Do you remember a time when you wanted to play with spiders, act like superman or Tarzan by flying a few hundred feet, or find cool looking snakes? This place will bring back some childhood memories...than some!
1) Visit Santa Elena National Reserve
2) Ziplining Tour (DO NOT Skip the Superman zipline, you'll kick yourself if you miss this opportunity)
3) Hanging Bridges canopy tour (During "on" season to see wildlife)
4) Relax in the Tree Top Bar for a drink and a bite to eat
5) Visit Amigos and get a shot of the mysterious green moon
5.5) Persuade an amigo not to drink green moon so they can guide you in the direction of your crash pad.
Monteverde will offer you some opportunities that you will not see in the rest of Costa Rica. This is definitely the place you want to do a ziplining tour. With over 15 ziplines, a tarzan swing, and an superman zipline that is one of the largest ever made, you will repeatedly get a rush! There are also some good little kiosks to eat at off of the street. Ask a local where you can get the best burrito in town, and he'll point you in the right direction. There's also a night tour that offers an array of wildlife viewing. I would highly recommend taking this tour if you get the opportunity to. You are sure to see many reptiles and cool creatures! A few days in Monteverde will give you plenty of opportunities to see and do many of the beaten track activities.

How do I stop being reserved and shy?
I do my best to talk to people, smile and be friendly, yet I am still labelled as timid, shy and reserved. I don't know why I can't get rid of this label people use to describe me. I try to talk about myself and be open but it's not enough. I don't know how to be more outgoing and make more friends. I bored being stuck at home or hanging with dull friends that don't want to do anything. I've had this problem for years. I was the shyest kid in school. I talk more but I still feel some people look at me like I'm Clark Kent and NOT Superman (I'm a girl by the way and that is just an analogy I overheard someone described me and that hurts).
Why try to be something you aren't, anyway? Is there some prize for being bubbly and airheaded, a social butterfly who's always into someone else's business?
Reserved people are that way for reasons even they may not fathom. Dogs yap and yowl at every little thing, while wolves are quiet and aloof.-Who's the better hunter?
